Getting Started at Crossfit MF
Everyone starts out in our specially designated beginners classes. These classes introduce our movements and style of workouts at a pace that does not compromise you or what we are trying to do. Because the classes are always running you can jump in at any time and we will evaluate how long you should stay in the classes as we go along. Check our schedule portion of the website for times.
