Why Crossfit?:

The competitive atmosphere, the hard work, and the community is why I love CrossFit. Can’t find this type of camaraderie outside of sports, certainly not at your regular “gym”.

Why Crossfit?:

Showing up to a free Saturday class at Crossfit MF is one of the best decisions i’ve ever made. The community is amazing, fun, and everyone shows up to work hard and push their limits. I have found Crossfit to be both physically and mentally challenging; which has made a big impact on many aspects of my life. I love the wholistic approach to health. There is not only effort to get stronger, but also to improve endurance, mobility and overall body awareness. Crossfit has also changed the way I think about sleep and food (diet still a work in progress). I couldnt be more happy to be a part of Crossfit MF

Why Crossfit?:

CrossFit forces you to attack your weaknesses, to work harder, and to push yourself to become better at things you probably wouldn’t do otherwise. I never thought of myself to be limitless until I walked into CrossFit MF. For every challenge you face, there’s a handful of fellow athletes cheering you on to fight with everything you have. It’s this community that separates it from your typical gym. You put an awesome group of people in a garage, give em’ some weight to throw around and you get one of the funnest workouts you’ll ever experience. Every day you are challenged and accomplish things you might not have been able to before. Crossfit brings out the full potential in everyone. Plus it’s pretty great to have a badass group of teammates/friends/family that love food as much as you do.

 I crossfit because I’m always trying to test my limits both physically and mentally, and I found that crossfit is the best and most fun way to do that not only in the gym but in every other aspect of my life as well

CrossFit MF helps promote the fitness lifestyle you’ve wanted, but didn’t know how to find. Our staff goes above and beyond what you would find in regular gyms, or even other CrossFit gyms. We are dedicated to the success of MF’s community to the point of obsession. We ensure success by constantly improving each and every person who commits themselves to our program.
