CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to improve your overall fitness. CrossFit provides a fitness program that, by design, is broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing this means you are training for the unknown and unknowable. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind, therefore CrossFit was designed to be infinitely scalable to any fitness level. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and professional hockey players who are out of season. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
